Having established what we believe to be practical and safe Covid working practices,  although restrictions have been lifted we will continue to manage our traffic through the site, provide sanitisers, minimise touch and contact and comply with the Play Safe Stay Safe Guidelines. ALL GREEN FEES and RANGE SESSIONS will be booked via the online booking system creating a transparent visitor log of our visitors.  Additionally we ask that all patrons be aware of government guidelines and any restrictions implemented in connection with COVID19, adhering to the "Play Safe Stay Safe" England Golf policies, acting responsibly at all times. TERMS AND CONDITIONS/PRIVACY POLICY MAY 2021

This document contains the Terms and Conditions of Pachesham Golf Centre and does not include or encompass any other third party sub contractors that may be operating on the site. Their terms and conditions would be entirely independent/additional and as such we ask all customers to make sure they are happy with any such third party policies before making purchases or signing up to any marketing. 

How We Collect Information: We obtain information about you in a number of ways when you use our website, for example, when you contact us via our contact form, sign up to our online bookings system or register to receive emails from us. 

The Type of Information, that is collected;

Whenever we process data for these purposes we will ensure that we always keep your personal data rights in high regard. You do not have to give us any of your personal information, however we would be unable to safeguard your account if you gave us limited or incorrect information and you are unlikely to receive our full customer experience if we are unable to correctly identity or communicate with you. 

We will not share your information for marketing purposes with third party companies outside Pachesham.

Marketing

If you have given us consent, we’ll send you marketing messages by email with information/updates about our services, latest news, products, exclusive offers and events. Customers who consent to receiving marketing emails will always have the option to ‘unsubscribe’ at any time via a link at the bottom of every email they receive.

Online customers enquiries are NOT automatically added to any marketing database and will not be sent unsolicited email marketing without first being asked if they would like to ‘opt in’ to receive marketing material

If you give us feedback/reviews, we may use it to improve our services and we may publish it on or offline to promote our business and our services. 

Keeping your information

We’ll hold on to your information for as long as you have an account/s with us, or as long as is needed to be able to provide the services to you that your have requested. If reasonably necessary or required to meet legal or regulatory requirements we may also keep hold of some of your information as required, even after you have closed your account/s or it is no longer needed to provide the services to you.

Please note: Historical Range Members Card Accounts automatically closed at the end of each financial year if they had been inactive for more than 6 months at that date. Where upon any unused credit was lost; credit having no cash value or being transferable. (November 2021 update: As during 2020 and the Covid Pandemic we saw extradordinary disruptions to business, we have honoured certain expired cards to January 2022), however thereafter all range cards are now no longer valid.  A full marketing campaign of e-newsletters, social media posts and direct emails to card holders were sent out to all our registered contacts inviting them to transfer credit over to the online system. If you did not register any contact details with your card or changed your details without informing us or did not respond to any of these correspondences during 2020, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of credit.) 

Controlling your personal Information

You have access to your personal information and the onus is on you to make sure it  is accurate and up to date. If you wish to delete or make changes to your personal details, you can do so at any time. We request you consent to agree to receive emails, thereby you are kept up to date of all information at Pachesham. If you consent but latterly decide otherwise you can  ‘unsubscribe’ at any time by following the link in our emails.
