 In early 2008, We established a state of the art Putting Studio, installing SAM PuttLab analysis equipment that is the leading system for in depth putting analysis. Only a handful of centres in England boast the same standard of system, which is used by numerous tour professionals and elite golfers alike, although the average golfer will get just as much from the facility as well.
 For the average golfer, 43% of their golf shots are played with the putter and so the ability to truly improve this area of the game can have a huge impact on a golfer’s scores.
This system allows us to analyse a multitude of different parameters of the putting stroke, including putter face aim, path, rotation, timing and the ability to hit the sweet spot. This enables an instructor to see exactly what is happening throughout your stroke and suggest the best coaching drills and training required to achieve a more succesful putting stroke. Likewise this analysis can also be used for putter fitting to determine the best performing head styles, shaft length and weight, loft, lie and grip. All in all this means we find out what improvements are needed to guarantee a more successful putting stroke. It is a tremendous piece of equipment and we urge you to check it out soon!

Putter Coaching in the Studio combines video and Sam Putt analysis, assessing all the key features of your putting stroke.

Individual Putter Coaching in the Studio is based on 60 minute sessions including a full assessment of your current putter and its performance, a summarised report of the session and practice notes emailed to you for you to work on. There is also the opportunity to monitor and increase progress with 30 minute follow sessions usually three to four weeks apart. We also offer group coaching sessions in a format of 4 students for 3 hours. All these sessions include both in and outdoor coaching on our USGA specification grass putting greens. All our Professional are qualified in 'Sam Putt' Putter Coaching and are dedicated to helping you make the most of your game.

Putter Fitting
Putter Fitting in the Studio enables us to offer a high level of putter fitting and customisation that is not normally readily available. During a fitting we can help you choose and customise a new putter from a large selection of putters from all the major putter manufacturers. To endorse you make the right decision we can also evaluate the performance of your current putter and compare its performance against any potential purchase. As The Pachesham Putting Studio offers both an 'in and outdoor' experience you can also test our receommendtions outside on our USGA specification grass putting greens.
